Well they lost yesterday and that's the first step. I don't know what the tie breakers are if NE/NY/Tenn also lose.

I dont think Dabol is going to want to go back to the Bills to do his old job. The failure in NY wasn't coaching it was GM/owner. Someone will offer him a HC job I would guess
