On September 12, 1683, the tremendous Polish army led by King Jan Sobieski saved western civilization and the Christian faith by running off the islamonazi siege of Vienna, Austria on that date.

The Austrian bakers were so happy they invented the croissant for the men of Poland.

Great day to enjoy a kielbasi on a croissant sandwich, and to rinse it down with a generous helping of Sobieski Vodka, named for the Polish hero.

And now a proper topic for discussion! :yes_text12:

A nice croissant with apple butter and jelly. Noice!

Chicken salad croissants from Dunkin Doughnuts used to be my jam when I was in college. Since then, haven't eaten that many TBH.
