Actually.........I think thats a spider colony.

I've seen videos of such strange looking "blobs" on Youtube, but when touched......it "desintigrates" into a thousand spiders crawling all over the place.

I'd just get the vacuum, suck 'em all up and then throw out the vacuum. LOL
