Cooling vests for dogs...anyone here try them?

My boh is getting old, going blind, has more extreme separation anxiety but above all,.the heat is going to run him down. I try and keep it cool,.place cool water on him often and brush him off. Anyways, has anyone used a "cooling vest" for their dogs? If so, any recommendations? I'd like it for inside and out, or do I need to buy two different ones?

I assume Piggywinkle also has headaches , an interrupted sleep pattern and looks just like you .

Hard to make up stuff like that .
