College Students Sign Forms To Send White House Care Packages To Al-Qaeda In Syria

Would this be called aiding and abetting the enemy in the war on terrorism? Apparently these college students have no problem doing it and they apparently have no idea who Al-Qaeda is or do they? Here is evidence of them signing a form to send care packages to Al-Qaeda/Syrian rebels in Syria. And the White House is backing this program to send packages to them.
