Some good big games already in August. That includes a replay of last year's semi-final, Texas vs. Ohio State.

I like starting off with a bang. It's good marketing. And, an early season loss is no longer at all concerning for a title.

I am somewhat surprised to see the TX-OSU game on at noon instead of in prime time. Guess that's what they worked out because ABC has LSU-Clemson in prime time.

I generally favor pro football over college just because of the talent level; however, the PC crap has totally taken over the NFL. Ya, I know woke is in college football, but at least I don't see the homo cheerleaders the Vikings have. Guess that is prolly coming soon.

Most college teams have male cheerleaders.

Tennessee giving up that touchdown and then the 2 pointer as time winded down was ridiculous. They might have been virtually knocked out of a title shot in years past, but they are, of course, still in it.

It's funny how people are still either running down the Buckeyes or downplaying their success. Some might have expected them to run Ohio U out of the building, but maybe they were a little flat after totally slaughtering Grambling.

Bucks playing at Illinois soon should be a really good one. That stadium can be real voodoo.

I just noticed that Oregon St. v. Oregon is this weekend. Guess they are not saving state rivalries until the end.
Another thing. I can't keep track of all the conference jumping. And the player jumping is off the charts. I could barely follow who played for who, especially when players turnover in no more than 4 years.

Them Ducks are just plain lucky they don't have to play Vandy this year.

Vandy has already downed the Chickens (South Carolina) and the Turkeys (VaTech). Only the Duck is left on the poultry menu...

What about the Youngstown St. Penguins?

Didn't make the cut...

No, penguins are not poultry; while they are birds, the term "poultry" specifically refers to domesticated birds raised for food, such as chickens, turkeys, and ducks. Penguins are wild, non-domesticated, aquatic birds native to the Southern Hemisphere that are entirely flightless and live in marine environments
