How much is 5 years of somebody's life worth, after spending it in a prison instead of being free ? That is what the state of Minnesota public officials should be asking themselves, regarding the impending release of Derek Chauvin, wrongly convicted of unintentional second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter, in the death of George Floyd.

After an incredible 5 years in prison, from a rigged trial, enough has finally come to light to spring Chauvin. False testimonies set up by intimidation & coercion of the medical examiner (Dr. Andrew Baker) + a defense witness, Dr David Fowler, cannot stand the ability of truth to rise to the top of any scenario.

Likewise, the outright LIES in the witness stand told by ex-police chief Medaria Arradondo and Minneapolis asst police chief Katie Blackwell have been exposed by 14 current and former police officers with the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD), who have signed sworn declarations which say they believe MPD Assistant Chief Katie Blackwell perjured herself, when testifying in former MPD officer Derek Chauvin’s murder trial.

In addition a defamation lawsuit filed by Minneapolis asst police chief Katie Blackwell against Alpha News & senior reporter Liz Collin, was thrown out of court on April 8, 2025, by Judge Edward T. Wahl, the court having reviewed all of Collin's accusations against Blackwell, and finding none of them being false.

Trump should order the release the autopsy report
That's history . All the reports are already open & public information. We're at the point now where Chauvin needs backbone from Minneapolis judges, or a pardon from Trump.

What federal charges was Chauvin convicted of?

Civil rights violations, which is why Chauvin is in Federal lockup.

Which is why he would refuse a pardon from Trump on the Federal charges because that would void the arrangement when he pled guilty to the Federal charges in return for being sent to serve all his time in Federal lockup.

Trump learned with his last tangle with mob contention.

Nope. Chauvin would be sent to prison in Minnesota if he accepted a pardon on Federal offenses.
Are you an attorney ? Let's wait and see what Trump and Alina Habba have to say about that.

Floyd had built up his tolerance to fentanyl to the point of havin enough in his system to kill two rookies when he died

There is nothing they could do. Chauvin was convicted of state charges and is serving them along with his Federal charges in Federal lockup. A President cannot pardon state convictions.

If Trump were to offer Chauvin a pardon at this time of his Federal conviction, Chauvin would refuse it because it would mean he'd be sent to Minnesota prison to serve his state convictions.

That is 100 percent true. It's incredible what Fentanyl users can build up to in terms of resistance. Of course that means they need to keep getting more. What a lovely lifestyle, good God.

The truth coming out about a rigged trial, should spring him from all charges state & federal.

Only the state court can 'spring' him from state convictions, Walz sure as heck won't.

And they assuredly will retry him.

There is a major whole in the prosecution's case.
They said that Chauvin aphixiated Floyd with his knee on his neck.
But the windpipe is on the front of the neck, not the back of the neck.
