FALSE flag, he was refering to specific individuals and how it related to affirmative Action hires.

Thats uncomfortable speak, and you can dissagree with it but not everything that is uncomfortable and dissagreeable is racist.

It does not mean that BLACK WOMEN are not smart or don't have brain power. Stuipd white people can achieve positions by using some favorable means as well... that is also a way in which affirmative action can be used.

You have to be honest enough to realize uncomfortable speak that invokes conversation, even dissagreeable conversation doesn't allow for assassination and for you to be ok with it.

The point is people need to learn to dissagree, agreeably AND then you can have what they call civilization.

I think his real point was A.A. is harmful to black people in the long run. Its the same thing if every child receives an A for every class regardless of what their gradescores really were... all so they could go to college. In the short run? I guess you could say thats fantastic, you are giving them success and now they can feel good about themselves.... but now they will have to go the rest of their lives with insecurity and self doubt when they really didnt develop a strong foundation.
