DId you really think the rebel forces over there would honor any cease fire agreement.............It is usually a ploy to buy time and nothing more to shore up defenses and/or retreat.

I rather think, that these groups think they can fire at government held territories when they want because any response by the army would be displayed as breach of the ceasefire agreement by western puppet medias.
