These West Coast judges seem to be some of the most inept and unqualified anywhere in the country. Even though they are educated, simple common sense gets lost amongst some of these people, and it is a shame that criminals are the ones to benefit.

He was wasted, it was at night, it looks deliberate, more than likely it wasn't, but he clearly did not hit the brakes and took off with a caved in windshield, leaving him dead in the road. She also released someone who is on video attacking an old man from behind and killing him.
