All groups have a reputation or perception about them. Civility is a thin veneer. People of any group can turn on people of another group. Many groups can turn. In our nation we have people who stir the crap on groups and cause issues to be worse than they would be without it. And they have easy lives for it. In America Jews need to be careful. Christians are already under the scope. If Ukraine has truth to what she said, that is not good. To me it does not makes sense that the official Democratic Party agenda is that white people are no good and we have spent 200 billion dollars on a war between two white nations with the same party in charge of this.
