Can wins in 2014 lock in the Presidential win in 2016

I am not talking about Senators or Representatives. I am talking about Governors? Seems the Koch brothers are putting a lot into Governor races in 2014. What does this have to do with Presidential races in 2016? Because Governors have great influence over voter regulations. Who can or can not vote determines who wins. If this gets momentum it will only snowball until our democracy is crushed underneath.

Not very likely. The conservatives already tried their voter suppression and voter roll purges in 2012 with all the state governments they won in 2010...it didn't have the needed effect (except maybe in North Carolina).
