Can anyone explain to me why FEMA is giving $16 million to Florida for a baseball field?

The agency has obligated approximately $11.5 billion in public assistance funding for recovery work throughout Louisiana, including the Superdome. FEMA's support is part of a broader effort to ensure the safety and security of the building and the surrounding community.
