Poor Michael Mann, it seems like it was only 2 months ago that he was ordered to pay 530K in legal fees to National Review magazine.
Now his $1,000,000 in punitive damages against Mark Steyn has been reduced to only $5,000.

Poor Michael Mann, it seems like it was only 2 months ago that he was ordered to pay 530K in legal fees to National Review magazine.
It was a long time coming, but it's satisfying to see Mann stomped for one of the worst examples of lawfare against critics of his climate scams. Maybe he can use the $1 in compensatory damages he was awarded for the damage to his "reputation".
