She began her presentation with a similar video, then had her talking head proceed with the dog and pony show.

Afterwards, I asked why the Illinois Chamber of Commerce opposed the progressive income tax. The reply: "they oppose it on idealistic grounds".

So I said "speaking of idealistic, your video was neither informative nor was it amusing. What it was, is a treatise on class warfare".

You're right. That is trickle down economics. Which no conservative ever championed. Only liberals talk like that.
The liberal version is trickle up poverty: At the bottom are the welfare dependent. We want to keep them that way by ensuring they will never get starting jobs because we raise the min wage rate above their value to any employer, and we slap them with taxes that amount to 80% of their income if they wander off the reservation.
Then we have the middle class. We punish them with mandatory high cost health insurance, progressive income taxes, and higher prices for energy and commidities until they fall into the welfare class when something unexpected hits them. Then we can take care of them.
Then we have the rich. The rich don't necessarily earn high incomes, having substantial wealth already. We make it easier for them to keep that wealth by giving them sweetheart loans in specific industries like Green Energy. It may not produce much energy, but boy there's a ton of green for them. And of course for the pols that push that shit.
That is trickle up economics in a nutshell.
