Broke out the MAK Two Star General.

I haven't used the ol pellet pooper in a couple of years,mainly because it's a pain in the ass to clean.
But the ease of use is fantastic!!
While it wont turn out BBQ as good as the Lang reverse flow offset stick burner it sure is easy to use.
With the remote and it's alarms you can get some shuteye without fear of fucking it up.
The last thing I made were these short ribs.....

For the life of me I cant find the pics of em after I sliced em dammit!!!

Anyway one of the bigwigs where the Wife works has a 180 acre small ranch.
He's now selling the beef he raises which are a cross between Angus and Wagyu.
Of course we picked up a bunch of it including some beef short ribs.
Were gonna cook em on Sunday I'll let y'all know how they come out.

Those pice have been posted on the board so they most certainly exist.
I know you're not laughing about my ability when it comes to BBQ because you and I both know your specialty is hot pockets and pizza rolls.

Welp...nothing great about this batch of short ribs so no reason to go on thith this thread.
I do however have some Wagyu Short Ribs coming so I'll let y'all know how those turn out.
