If they used my solution, we would have never had the problem in the first place. There are government warehouses all over America filled with .50 caliber Browning Machineguns. Wipe off the cosmoline and set them up every 200 yards, with overlapping fields of fire in New Mexico, Arizona, and California. Sell raffle tickets then draw the winners on who gets to man them.
