This criminal case in Nebraska is unbelievable. Five hotel operators, all of Indian origin, were just arrested for using 10 minors and 17 adults as illegal labor, while also enabling both drug and sex trafficking.

But one of the most appalling parts is a scam that has popped up again and again in the news: Along with everything else, the alleged perpetrators are accused of faking a robbery at one of the hotels, so that the "victims" could receive a free US visa allowing them to stay in the United States.

Why does this ridiculous visa continue to exist? Congress should eliminate it immediately as the insane mistake that it is.​
