Sounds cute but I totally disagree with you , even though there could be a species there for other reasons .

Nobody sensible has yet claimed we have neighbours in our own Solar system even though some places like our artificial Moon may be in use as observation outposts .
Regardless , of the 69 species that we know exist ( see Dr S Greer), they all come from outside our system and therefore have almost instantaneous flight ( ZPE) or travel inter- dimensionally .
They have no use whatsover for anything as a source of energy other than Light / Aether .

However , there could be reasons to mine something like Gold which the Elohim allegedly need for making " Bubbles "( gardens, as in Eden ) to make our air livable in for them .
