I prefer a good Bourbon. Some Irish whiskeys are okay too. And sometimes I enjoy Tequila as well, but not that often. I have to be in the mood, and then I really do enjoy Tequila, the clear kind. I generally don't mix my hard drinks, I enjoy them straight, or with a little chaser maybe. When I used to go to bars with friends and co-workers on the weekend in my twenties I would normally to Jack Daniels and Coke. Now that I'm older I forgo the sugar. Alcohol is bad enough by itself!

A rich variety of flavors

I have tried Scotch, Irish Whisky, Canadian Rye and they just don’t match the mellowness of a good Bourbon

Yes and it starts at about £80 for a 70cl (700ml) bottle. Single malt and Mccallam was founded in 1824.

Bourbon all the way.
Don't care other whiskeys very much and hate Scotch.
Upon occasion, I'll have some vodka. I drink my bourbon neat, usually with a beer. Vodka, I also drink neat, chilled.
