The Mayor suggested 2015 would an even busier year for London with the introduction of 24 hour services on some Tube lines and a number of developments like the Garden Bridge.

But he ended with a call for employers "who can afford it" to pay employees the London living wage.
Boris promised employers: "You won't regret it."
