Economics is easy to understand, espeically the economics of the US government.

First you create a bank to print money. Then you print trillions more than you collect in revenue. Then you raise taxes, but continue to spend trillions more than you collect.

Then you invest heavily in gold and wait for the nation to collapse and retire in Switzerland.
