The Affordable Care Act--Obamacare--pretty much wrecked Medicare and made it much more difficult for people on Medicare to afford the healthcare they get. Copays and deductibles have doubled, tripled, quadrupled and more and many things like outpatient Ct scans, MRIs that were once covered by supplemental insurance no longer are. As a result many seniors are refusing helpful or even necessary tests because they can't afford it and don't want to wreck their credit.

And giving Medicare free to millions and millions of illegals of course will be passed on to taxpaying Americans and will be reflected in significantly increased costs of healthcare for all.
