Berlin, Berlojie or Großer Krater?

Should Berlin continue to be Berlin, with mostly German population (is it possible for Germans to live in peace with other people?), became Berlojie with mostly Slavic population or just became a Big Crater? Right now official Berlin is doing everything to start WWIII and, I believe it should be stopped as soon as possible with as small violence level as possible.
