Beirut blast most likely done by CIA., says american colonel Richard Black

i was in beirut one hour previously to the bombing, was listening to fleetwood mac in the car when we heard the explosion, but we were far away at at that point, either the song "Peacekeeper" or "Go Your Own Way", i can't remember

Lebanese security have arrested William Noon, brother of Joe Noon, who died in the explosion...he was asking for justice for his brother, and they say took it too far by saying he wants to physically destroy the Department of Justice building
