Before the assassination attempt on Trump the lefty world claimed the only violent groups were all on the right. All they did was incite violence, those MAGAS, white supremacists, Nazi's, whomever. Merrick Garland even went so far as to investigate Christians for being terrorist hate groups and parents were being arrested for protesting boys being allowed to use girl's bathrooms. A few short years ago when Trump said about Charlottesville, "There are good people on both sides" the left falsely claimed Trump was calling Nazis and white supremacists good people, even though Trump had specifically called them out for not being good people.

After the assassination attempt I find it amazing that all of the media (including those that had been constantly reporting violence was all on one side only) are now acknowledging and reporting that there are bad people on both sides, not just one side. Did anything really change from one day to the next, other than the assassination attempt?

You are inciting violence with your rhetoric. You can't even define what a MAGA is. Information is still coming in and we don't know it all but one has to think that, even though the shooter obviously wanted to kill Trump, he probably didn't care if he accidentally killed MAGAs because he thought the same as you.

As noted in my OP, the media are now acknowledging that there are bad people on BOTH sides.

None of that was ever true. It is just the 'violent rhetoric' of the left inciting hatred and rage.

Now, we have three instances of the left actively shooting political opponents.
