Based on some posts by trump supporters I've seen it appears a civics class refresher is in order.

A Decision to Limit Presidential Power

Separation of powers among three branches of government is a central principle in the U.S. Constitution. According to Articles 1, 2, and 3, the Congress makes laws, the President as chief executive enforces them, and the federal judges interpret them in specific cases. The separation of powers is neither rigid nor comprehensive, because the Constitution includes a system of checks and balances that provides each branch of government with ways to limit the powers of the others. Further, the Constitution requires each branch to cooperate with the others to carry out certain duties. The system of separated powers with checks and balances prevents one branch from accumulating so much power that it can dominate the others and rule tyrannically.

Perhaps the best way for trump devotees to think about this issue is to ask yourself whether you thought Obama or Biden had the right to disregard judicial rulings they didn't like.

C'mon guys, this is basic stuff.

Biden's efforts with respect to the SC ruling and student debt relief were a workaround, not a direct violation of the ruling.

But since we're on the subject, should Biden have been allowed to ignore a judicial ruling altogether? Cuz that is what you folks seem to be suggesting trump can do.

LOL. Seems like a course regarding elections is in order. You lost. You lost the presidency, you lost the House, and you lost the Senate and you lost every single swing state.

Isn't there a document where this is all defined? It's called the Constitution - as interpreted by the SCOTUS.

Student debts aren’t within the executive branch for the President to just “forgive”.

The courts are currently trying to prevent the President from administering his own branch of government, which is completely different. Which is totally illegal for judges to do and which is why they should be impeached and removed from the bench, or those lesser federal circuits can be unmade by Congress since they are supposed to merely aide the Supreme Court.

Separation of powers is also pretty basic stuff.
The judge is the one that needs to retake the civics class. He will be rejected based on interfering in the executive branch without proper standing.

The Secretary of the Treasury is barred from looking at the treasury records? Fucking really? Lol.... That old fart judge doomed his own stay order by polluting with politics....

Both of the judges involved have one foot in the grave.... Not worth the effort to impeach them.
They will be overturned at some point it will just take a few weeks or maybe even a few months.
In the meantime Trump can ignore them with impunity..... He may decide not to however which in my mind would be a good decision.

Which Supreme Court ruling has Trump violated? The Supreme Court has yet to do anything in regards to Trump's second term. You are simply being disingenuous or utterly ignorant.

They should still be impeached.

They should still be impeached.
Both of them are returned after retirement...
There is a possibility they could be pushed into full retirement.... My guess is that the AG's approached several hundred federal judges and finally found two or three that would step in and make some noise but as you can see all of the stays are temporary because they're illegitimate.
