Maybe not, but primarying Donald Trump is definitely going to make it hard for DeSantis to earn the votes of the Little Trumpsters for sure.

It can be done, but only with difficulty. And he'll have to be a lot more careful about refusing support from the Romney and Cheney factions of the GOP, letting them know they will get no jobs or patronage.
