Austin Public Library Forbids Access to GOP Website

I noticed yesterday and thought maybe there was a problem on the GOP website. Upon, reaching the website on another WiFi, and returning to another library branch - I get the same forbidden notice.

The requested URL was rejected. Access Forbidden

So, what shall we do about this?
