It's up there with the other two mentioned, but from all accounts it's slightly better, they have a lot of opportunities there, a well known newsletter prisoners can write in, a farm to grow their own food, and the famous prison rodeo.

It's awesome, those lucky enough to be selected ride the bull for all they are worth. They also have a card game going during it and the last one to get up from the table before the bull crashes into it wins.
