Hard coding is a software development practice of embedding data directly into a program's source code. It's often used to define default settings, constants, or specific parameters.
Examples of hard coding: Error messages, File paths, Configuration settings, URLs, and Input data.
Hard-to-change: Hard-coded information is difficult to change without modifying the program's source code.
In the case of some Democrats, or really, the invented stories the left intensively push through medias, the result being folks cling to it free of the truth, and sometimes, the truth can be built through propaganda. That rings like hard coding to me, what you say?
