Hopefully this will lead to the deportation of this agitator, that like many, have the gall to come into our country, then turn around and protest our actions around the world. We don't need people like this, I hope we are rid of him soon.
I won't however be holding my breath, just like with the "Maryland Man", it's really hard to get rid of these people, as they tend to have nine lives when it comes to the court system.

The 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals said the dispute belongs in immigration courts.

A federal appeals court on Thursday handed the Trump administration a significant victory in its efforts to deport pro-Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil.

A three-judge panel of the Philadelphia-based 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals said Khalil must pursue his case through the immigration court system, and raised the possibility that he could be re-detained.

That he must go through the system is a win for law and order.

As opposed to Trump believing he can just pick people up and deport them.

And hopefully the "system" says we can throw the mother ****** out.

By the way, in the meantime it's possible he can be imprisoned again.

I'll believe it when I see it.

Anti-Israel activist Mahmoud Khalil set to be deported to Algeria

Anti-Israel activist and former Columbia grad student Mahmoud Khalil is set to be deported to Algeria — bringing an end to a drawn-out court battle over his immigration status, federal officials said.

The Syrian-born activist, who was arrested by ICE early last year, is slated to be booted from the US after the Trump administration accused him of committing fraud on his green card application.

“It looks like he’ll go to Algeria. That’s what the thought is right now,” Homeland Security assistant secretary Tricia McLaughlin told NewsNation’s “Katie Pavlich Tonight” Wednesday.

“It’s a reminder for those who are in this country on a visa or on a green card. You are a guest in this country — act like it,” she added.

Which law did he break? have they told us yet?

He is accused of breaking immigration law by misrepresenting facts on his green card application (failing to disclose a UN internship), leading to a deportation order under a Cold War-era section of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) for potentially adverse foreign policy impacts.

Yes, I know what he's accused of, but has he been found guilty by an immigration Judge of said accusation? Just because a person could have said more doesn't mean they are committing immigration fraud by not mentioning some detail or other.

Being an intern at the UN would not prohibit him from being granted immigrant status. Of course if he failed to mention something that would have prohibited him then that's different.

Anna Sorokin is a convicted fraudster who has been an illegal alien in the US for many years and lied to immigration, over stayed visitor visas and scammed Americans and even went to prison for it yet she continues to live in New York and has received nothing like the attention Khalil has.

Not from you or anyone else on this forum so far as I can see, if anyone should be fast tracked its here she checks all the boxes.

Isn’t that what this thread is about? It’s going to be considered instead of ad hoc dismissal.

I'm just giving you a rundown of what the feds are claiming.
He's been a campus agitator, and I hope he's kicked out, but I won't hold my breath that it will actually happen.
