He's the one that drove a van into a Republican voter registration tent back in 2020 and was given a misdemeanor for the crime.

He has since moved up here, ripped a military patch off a disabled veteran claiming stolen valor and the vet brought out a knife to protect himself, and Timm shot him. Sending him to the hospital in critical but stable condition.

His defense lawyers tried to mention 'self defense' against the victim wielding a knife, but state law says it's not self defense if YOU are the one to cause an altercation.

Relative of yours?

He said that "Honestly, I felt disgusted," but not angry at seeing that tent and the people inside apparently celebrating that the president had not been impeached days before.

The judge that let him walk with his first attempt at murdering people that he did not agree with politically should be tossed off the bench. He made it so this piece of shit didn't learn anything and was in public to destroy more lives.

In one of the articles I had read, (not necessarily the ones in the OP) mentioned that his FL case may not be admitted to show him as a repeat offender if FL has or does 'vacate' it and that can determine WA's level of felony charge and any sentencing from it. IOW, he could just get a slap on the wrist with any time already served OR a few years behind bars :dunno:

Talk about a failed judicial system. It's pretty damn relevant as he has a history of attacking those physically that he disagrees with in politics. He must be an idiot as he can't use his words, but resorts to violence.

I go up the Tri-Cities for business from time to time and it's Red, but yeah... the rest of that fucked up state is very blue. Seattle is filled with mental patients with political agendas.
Yep, about 3/4 of the state is Red.....it's the other 1/4 with highest populations that control the politics. Most of the eastside of the Cascades is Red and a whole other world from the west............all thanks to the Cali (trans)plants over the years.

The east side of Washington isn't near as bad as the west side. problem is
that the population on the west side dictates the entire state.

Yep, Seattle mostly, then a few other counties have been going blue as well. Dumbasses come here from Cali, vote for Stupid, and complain the most because of the results, but keep voting STUPID.

Wasn't this supposed to be why we have an electoral college........so that higher populated areas didn't control the vote & politics?? And yet it does, more and more every cycle

Yup....and with like a 60/40 for one party over another in the state,
with the gerrymandering shenanigans, they can create a supermajority in the state House.

Nah, not thorough enough to be my kin.

That^^ and I still don't even trust the election results.......not since Gregoire was basically judge appointed and still less than a few hundred vote difference........just cause they didn't want to put forth the effort of her loosing another count or do a revote. Expensive yes, but I think would have helped voters doubts in the system.

It would also help if our electorate were allowed to split in order to represent all citizens, instead of 'whiner take all'
