Been looking at Brookfield, Marceline, etc...smallish towns but close enough to get to bigger city if a hospital is needed. Its very green there. Well, except in winter, I presume? Anyway...tell me about what you know?

4 seasons. Two not bad, two Hot and humid. Bring your bug repellant. Can be flooding and Tornados. Remember Joplin? Was devestating. Big cities (STL KC) big crime in designated areas. Black ghetto, avoid if white. Yes the truth hurts. White ghetto too.like anywhere, nothing is perfect. STL county has extremely nice towns. Kirkwood, Ladue, Chesterfield etc. But costs are high to live nice.
