no.; he is referring to thousands of christians and mulsims on the west bank.

Well the sovereign citizen in my life is someone I know.

Home title protection scams are the latest way to make money from scared or dumb people. It's in a range with that reverse mortgage scam. If you don't pay your taxes, somebody that will gets the property. Otherwise, there are laws against portraying ownership if you don't own it.

It just says you relinquish your right to ownership to a property to somebody else. I could legally sell you a quitclaim to the Statue of Liberty. Doesn't give you any right to the statue if I don't own it to start with.

When my mom suffered serious dementia/Alzheimer's I was told she "needed to be" in a nursing home. Each demanded that I sign her property over to them. I asked my Catholic neighbor what he thought. He said, "Oh yeah, that's normal. They deserve it for all they do." He still owns his parent's farm. Go figure.

I am on the Deed, I still have a mortgage though the value of the home is significantly more than the remaining mortgage.

So, I assume you are talking about some sort of identity theft, and someone forging your signature and identity, and selling the home out from under you, without your knowledge?

It's a long story. Imagine sending someone half the money for a payment and that payment isn't made on your behalf as agreed?

Ahhh, you need some public assistance advice on that asap.... Don't wait....get a free consultation by a lawyer if you can't get public legal assistance...please do this....you have to take all steps to protect yourself!

It's complicated. I'm just trying to remain a Mensch in an evil world full of mice.

How can anyone offer any advise if you give no details.

Is there a squatter in your home trying to steal it?

Is the Govt trying to take it and you say they are stealing it?

Is someone making threats if you do not give them your house?
