Yeah, Gene Winfield did a similar custom as well.

In my younger days I once accepted one of these as collateral, when I loaned 200 Dollars to a friend of a friend. big mistake.

Top vehicle I seen at high school when A father dropped off his daughter to teach her a lesson about looking down her nose at other kids families and their cars. She kept calling their cars Weiner mobiles.

They were fun for some folks in rural areas to fix them up as hot rods and tear down back country roads with them same with AMC Pacers and Ford Pintos.
