The new Half Life Alyx looks phenomenal and I can't wait to glue my Oculus to my forehead in a couple weeks.

These aren't your dads video games.
Some of this new stuff is far more compelling & entertaining than most movies and some of it has branching narratives where your actions determine the outcome.

Course some of it is just brain dead entertainment too lol

The average age of a gamer now is 35 years old. That means there are just as many older gamers as there are kids. Just a few decades ago it was mostly kids.

Alien Isolation comes to mind as one of the masterpieces. The game fits in between Alien & Aliens and is easily better than any of the other alien movies and almost as good as the original.
