There were approximately 120,000 protesters on Jan 6th. They have arrested 1000 and they believe they can arrest 1000 more, making 118,000 of them "mostly peaceful protesters", or around 98%. I doubt the George Floyd riots can claim such a high percentage of mostly peaceful protesters.
