In Virginia you get 1-10 years for Rustling cattle.....Class 5 Felony

1-5 for stealing a chicken.....Class 6 Felony

I had a convict in for cattle rustling....He got 35 years....10 for each cow and 5 for a felon in possession of a firearm....None of that concurrently shit either.

What the hell are they doing with the animals that they stole?
You know damn good and well they dont know how to raise a cow not to mention the money needed to feed them and give the animals proper care with a vet.
I can see being able to take care of a few chickens but they still have to be taken care of.
