.MSNBC said:Ancient Egyptian beads found in a 5,000-year-old tomb were made from iron meteorites that fell to Earth from space, according to a new study. The beads, which are the oldest known iron artifacts in the world, were crafted roughly 2,000 years before Egypt's Iron Age
What technology did they use back then to melt Iron. Perhaps we are making more of this process than it is. Gold is a softer metal in use at the time but still requires some knowledge of metallurgy to make things from it. Ancient African genuises built the pyramids,( Egypt is in Africa) and changed the course of a river so why would Iron smelting, using techniques learned by working with gold, be something they could not figure out!
Something happened to disrupt developing technology that might have changed the world had it persisted 5000 years ago. Iron weapons at that time would have been awsome!
Ancient Egyptian jewelry came from outer space
