There are no such things as IQ Wars .
But there are numerous studies available which have endeavoured to measure a particular type of IQ by Ethnicity and by Nation .
Clearly there ar major differences but first one shou;ld examine exactly which IQ type you want to measure and compare it with others .

It becomes a very complex matter and often delicate because Averages become Personalised and Misinformation abounds .

When I've been to America, I've tried my best to fit in and be American. So I've been polite in public, then racist when back at my hotel.
