I do believe that I've seen that guy before and the only thing I can think of is he's pulling a cord underneath his robe or something, but I'm still not one hundred percent certain. Now this illusion however, I have absolutely NO clue on.

I'm not sure either.
I'm thinking he has one of those electronic masks, and he has it set to change every few seconds.
