I have a suspicion that this one will go nowhere.

I believe the problem is that (in many instances) an ICE warrant is not “signed” by any judge. If I recall correctly, the Agent’s superior is the one who “signs” the warrant.
It is not a “judicial” warrant.

In this new case, I’d venture a guess (because I don’t know the answer) that NYC doesn’t recognize non judicial warrants.

All that talk about "no one is above the law" and "due process" except of course it is pure lies and bullshit. Rules for thee and not for me is the Democrat motto.

They want the chaos, the fear, the crime and suffering. They weaponize it into power. Your suffering is their salvation. There's a reason we see all the rioting and violence go up in blue areas every time they lose power nationally.
