Cuomo and the Ds are losing tax base but with NJ and CT losing/have lost even more tax base this is the area where financial contagion can really take off. So,I'm letting the firebrands run free in order to plan what I will do. I am hoping to figure out what the likely level of revenue shortfall a year from now will be. My guess is that NY will see @ $10B in short fall.
