Evidently, this song is one man's opinion and opinions are not necessarily reality but for some very evident reasons, this song hits home. It is not a parody and it is not supposed to make fun of these two public characters that are prime candidates for criticism (as well as of lauding by some).

Having said that, it feels 100% true reality

What is the personal story of the singer?

I’m betting him or a family member are sucking from the public teat

Bruce W. Nelson is an American lyricist and songwriter living and working in northern Wisconsin. He spent a significant portion of his professional life in Moscow, Russia, where he was choir director at the Anglo-American School. He has published numerous works for middle and high school choir ensembles and around 40 songs for elementary students. While in Russia, he composed over 80 songs for his 'Notes From Moscow' musical revue, and, with a total collection of around 2,000 original songs, has written at least one song mentioning his brother's cat, Kitty Boy and one for his own cat, Buster. Nelson believes that he has personally created the most extensive collection of anti-Trump songs in the world, with around 1,000 such songs to date.

He evidently knows how a Dictator acts!

Props to Randy Newman for writing this but I like this version.

No kidding, a Putin puppet, what a shock.

One puppet criticizing someone else being a puppet is hilarious.
