Hi all.

Recently, when I Google my name and address, I am seeing a bunch of unsafe sites come up (with my name and address on them), all with the .ru domain (Russia). I don’t like this, obviously and I suspect fraud. Either that, or some asshole out there is spreading my personal information around shitty web sites. My security software won’t even let me open these site, when I tried to get in to see why my name is on them and what’s going on.

My question to any nerd who views this post is: How do I block them, from coming up on Google? My security software’s company has a service which costs lots of money, to preserve the client‘s online reputation. Do I utilize this service or is there any other way?

Thanks so much for considering.

PS - Fun country. Russia, that is. 👎

I assume you have some type of virus software. Most will scan the dark web for you and offer other services to scan for personal data floating out there.
