he only damaged an I.C.E. car slightly, the cop got out of the car and initiated the violence that escalated into the death / murder of Pretti.

i say this because the Republicans are always so incredibly anti-crime, that they lose track of things like 'excessive force' on a regular basis :-(

Pretti committed a federal crime in assaulting that BP vehicle. BTW, that incident did not lead to his death.

That is false. What ultimately led to Pretti's death was three things. His inner rage at the failure of his own personal life. His decision to confront ICE again after his first encounter. And finally carrying a loaded, hair trigger gun that sadly went off which startled the officers into shooting him.

You are conflating two different events... it was another time when he kicked the ICE car and broke the tail light... this dude was going to ICE arrests everyday... he chose this for himself... his TDS kept him from using logic and running only on emotion... don't just watch the pictures listen to the report....

Completely wrong incident, pal. :laughing0301:
I know it's hard to keep all the Pretti incidents straight since he was such an unhinged psychopath. But that was NOT the incident where he got shot.

Yep. Those are the actions of someone who has basically said "F--- everything this is how I'm going out".

He damaged the official vehicle and brought the traction on himself.

His fault, too.

What a crock of shit. What failure? The man was an ICU nurse at the VA, doesn't sound like a failure to me. He didn't confront ICE; he was recording what they were doing and went to the aid of 2 women who were being assaulted. He was legally carrying a gun, if it went off the idiot that took it didn't know how to handle a weapon. Sounds like lack of training.

As usual you are unfamiliar with the facts. His wife left him and like many men in that situation he lost it. He QUIT his former job as ICU nurse. "Recording what they were doing"? Watch the videos SuperMadBro. You are barking up the wrong tree, AGAIN.

Bullshit

One ICE thug disarms Pretti and stupidly allows the gun to discharge

That freaked out two others who just started blasting him

Pretti was killed by an frightened and most likely incompetent police officer. Sad and tragic but a part of the legacy of Trump and his policing of America. Weak draft dodgers like Trump create situations due to their incompetence and fear.

"Based on footage analysis and reports surrounding the Jan. 24, 2026, fatal shooting of Alex Pretti in Minneapolis, there is significant evidence and investigation suggesting that Pretti's handgun did discharge after it was taken from him by federal agents."

"Policing of America"?
Oh.
You mean "enforcing the laws unlike the sack of shit Joe Biden?

It is a possibility. As I (and others) have pointed out, that particular handgun, a Sig P320, has been dogged by charges that it goes off accidentally. I have seen evidence of that in YouTube videos.

15th post
So why is the Pretti killing justified and Babitt is not?
He was physically fighting with the agents and had a gun on his person

She fought with nobody, was unarmed and on the other side of a locked door. Plus we have already seen some Capitol Police let people in, so you don’t know if she was illegally present at that time.

Oh well if you saw it on YouTube then of course it’s a real thing
Bottom line. If that gun went off.. it did so in the custody of that incompetent ICE thug

Uh sorry, but a divorce is not the end of the world for most folks. What is the national divorce rate in this country?

No, Alex Pretti did not quit his job as a nurse at the Veterans Administration hospital. Reports indicate that he was employed as an ICU nurse at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System at the time of his death, and claims suggesting he was fired or had quit are false.

I don't watch propaganda MarathonMouth, sorry.

There is not ONE video showing him fighting with them, that's just a flat out lie. In gun in which he was LEGALLY carrying.

Despite multiple warnings not to proceed, Babbitt attempted to climb through a shattered window beside a barricaded door into the House Speaker 's Lobby, at which point she was shot.
