In a Republic, actually
“The National Labor Relations Act—that pillar of American democracy that gives workers the right to bargain collectively with their employers—was enacted 90 years ago this summer. Its constitutionality was upheld two years later by the Supreme Court, and no successful challenge to its constitutionality has been brought in the subsequent 88 years. Until last week, when the avowedly far-right Fifth Circuit decided otherwise.”

The right’s war on working Americans continues.

How disingenuous of you. The NLRB is not the NLRA. Can you scumbags be honest about anything?

Those letter things confuse our libtards.

And, there is (as most of us realize even if the brain dead OP doesn’t) no “right wing” “war on Americans.”

All that said, lower courts cannot overrule the SCOTUS. So, a moment’s reflection would also advise any thinking person (which obviously exclude Adam_Clayton_Joke) that the OP is confused — again.

His “source” is American Prospect. And, what is that? Let’s quote their own claim in that regard:

The American Prospect

An independent voice for liberal thought

Ummmmmmmmmmmm, did you happen to notice that Trump is our president now because the working class voted for him instead of democrats? Yeah, actually, I think you did notice, which is the reason for your post.
