Here is a delicious, healthy diet I have been working on.

Dietary Ingredients

Fats: 65% Proteins: 25% Carbohydrates: 10%

Module 1: The High-Fat Sauté (The 25% Protein Anchor)

Daily Sardines (8–10 oz) combined with Grass-Fed Beef or Eggs (1:1 Mass Ratio) sauteed in Butter with Mushrooms

Module 2: The Bio-Active Salad (10% Catalyst)

The inclusion of fresh from the ground horseradish, purple onions, garlic, jalapeno pepper,
broccoli sprouts, and radish leaves plus bulbs provides a pleasant sensory profile: an earthy, pungent, sulforous,
spicy kick that is balanced by the oily dressing and cod liver. The sulfurous "bite" acts as a metabolic
wake-up call, cutting through the heavy lipid density of the cod liver.

1. Lattice Base: 3 cups Radish Leaves + 1/2 cup shredded Purple Cabbage.
2. Enzymatic Primers: 2 tbsp raw, untreated diced Horseradish + Sliced Radishes + Purple
Onion + 3 cloves Garlic.
3. Nrf2 Fuel: 2 cups Broccoli Sprouts.
4. Vascular Buffers: Green Olives + Cherry Tomatoes + Jalapeño.
