The Center of Actuaries stated the increase was 80% in 2013 (and was similar in 2011 and 2012). For compare and contrast, it averaged 10-12% increases during Bush and Clinton years.
But you might say that Obamacare hasn't kicked in what until next year. Well next year will be worse, esp if you are 27 years old!
Maybe Democrats have a different definition of affordable, but I thought the first think an 'affordable' bill does is decrease costs!!!
